Some jobs may require identifying information to be provided for each request. CostTrax provides the following fields for input:
- Change Order Number
- Contractor Report Number
- Contractor Job Number
- Pay Method
- Description of Work
Any additional information required by the owner should be included in the Description of Work field.
Request totals are displayed at the top-right of any request. Totals for draft requests can be updated by clicking ‘Save’.
Important! The totals displayed here will include all markup on costs. Markup is not included in the line item totals below.
For projects with a pre-defined approval workflow, the order of approval and responsible users can be viewed below the Description of Work.
